Don't worry, I wasn't planning on taking it upon myself to pop it XD. I took her out of the sugar water a while ago and sprinkled some sugar directly onto the prolapse, it looks better now.

Ok, so it seems the sac has popped and drained on its own. Now it's just a small pink thread which she appears to have mostly drawn back in on her own.
Pretty sure this is the result of eating a dubia roach that was too big the other day. She snatched it while I was trying to hand- feed the larger frog that shares her cage.

It's back in, she seems fine. Crisis averted.

Great, be more careful with those roaches take the appropriate steps like, feeding them in separate containers or watching out where each frog is before throwing in food so it doesn't happen again. You don't want her ending up in a froggy bag![]()
