FAO admin: Can only login via tapatalk pls help

I registered via tapatalk and would like to login to the forum via the actual website.

I have tried password reset with no joy.

To my knowledge tapatalk accounts are handled via admin/admin CP.

Could a member of the team look into this for me and pm a temp password to me so I can login and change?

I think the password reset issue I am having is a technical issue with the forum.

Can I have the forums support team look at finding me a resolution ASAP.
