Hey guys! I recently talked about my new Garter snake Apophis and my collection has been updated yet again! I know have a stunning 3 inch leg span Mexican red-knee tarantula or B. Smithi. My second tarantula, the other one is October, a Mexican fire-leg or b. boehmei who I got right around a year ago early last July or the end of last June. When I got him he was about the same size as the new one. It's particularly awesome for me because after the fire-leg the closely related red-knee is my second favorite tarantula species so now I have both of my favorites. I got him from a private breeder online from tarantulaforum.com after a put an ad in the classifieds section for a male so if any on you are members the classifieds are a great section. Since he's from Mexico and he's very orange I named him Habanero. My collection as it stands now has only two more additions in the current lineup, a European Jeweled lacerta lizard and another chameleon since mine unexpectedly passed away this February. I'll get pictures soon!
Sounds amazing! Can't wait to see photos of your new additions!![]()
Thanks Xaviar! I was actually able to get some pictures of him just today

I'm not fond of spiders but this looks beautiful. I can imagine how much happy you are being the pet owner of this beautiful looking spider. Thanks for posting the picture. Just being curious, what do you feed the spider?
