Hello to all,
I am a new member as of now and what brought me here is a deep concern for my new american bullfrog friend. We installed a pond last year and has attracted this lone bullfrog this spring. She has become so very tame probably because i feed her bait worms everyday. She jumps up to see me and waits for her snack faithfully. She now lets me pat her and wants to sit in my hand. My concern..its not a deep pond and without mud or soil. It has a liner that is just fulled with granite stones that we drain every winter. I'm trying to figure out what i'm going to do with all my plants this winter as it is but my main concern is " Sunshine ". LOL...that's her name. What will become of her? I just love her and i have no clue what to do. Can someone please give me some advice? I could relocate her to an area where i know there is frog and turtles in a proteted conservation area but for sure i would never see her again.Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks to all.
