Hi All,
I got 3 amazon milk frogs (about 5 months old now). I just noticed that one of them's mouth is slightly opened all the time. I checked the selfie pictures I took with it on my phone a few days ago (a bit blurry), but I think it was like that then too so his mouth being opened is not a one-off thing.
He kind of looks like this on the internet, but not as extreme as the one in the link below. I think my frog's lower jaw is shorter than the top jaw so a bit of tongue sticks out.

Is it normal to be born like that? Or a deformity? Or disease?
I only got this one like a week ago, the other 2 are normal looking that I got like over a month ago. They all eat very well, but the one that seems to have a tongue sticking out never seems to sleep.

It could be a deformity he was born with, but soft jaw through metabolic bone disease would also be a strong possibility - if possible I would get him to a vet for proper evaluation, and look at your feeding/supplementation regime.
Hope you can get him sorted out.
