Injured White's?

One of my frogs seems to have a strange injury.

Ignore the thing that looks like a rash around his nose, that's just a trick of the light. But that dent in the middle of his nose is real. I know frogs can get nose rub, but this is deep and not spread out. He's eating alright, so he's probably okay. Nevertheless the wound looks so odd I wanted to ask about it anyway and hopefully get some kind of reassurance it's only a healed scar from a sharp pointy thing, not some kind of hole made by a parasite or something worrying.

looks like infection possibly? i know they can get infections quite easy. look at joining a Facebook page. Whites Tree frog keepers i think it is
