I would look on amazon you can find them on there for a lot cheaper then in store, I have them for all my pacmans tanks and I love them. One more thing is I would only use the distilled water for misting even if treated, when they sit in it for long periods of time it leaches vital minerals and nutrients out of the frog.

I have an an old heating mat can I pu this higher up on the tank about 2 inches above the soil to bring up,the heat if not what would you suggest like I said I turned his light off and that was what I was relying on for heat so it's probably lower than usual is it ok if I leave the light on during the day
