Default Can Anyone Identify This Frog Call?

I live in South Florida and for the last few months have been hearing this outside my bedroom window and I tried to identify its call by listening to samples, but have not yet found a match. Whatever it is, it is active at both morning and night, although it seems more so at night. It's hard to hear but initially it does kind of a "wind up" noise (usually twice, spread about 5 seconds apart), followed by 4 or 5 what I call "croaks" (the croaks come off well from the audio, it's just the "wind up" that's a bit hard to make out).
