Need a product to sterilize the wound of my Pac

Hi everyone, a week ago I saw a wound on the leg of my Pacman and two balls near of the wound. I get worried, but was Sunday and there were no vet open (I'm from Peru).
Two days later the balls like exploted and stirred like a yellow liquid and the balls has just like disappear.
I have my Pac now with towel paper as substrate, but the wounds does not close.

What can I use?

Wow that's a bad wound, and it looks severely infected. For the time being you can use Neosporin with out any pain reliever in it, but I can tell you that you do need a vet. he is going to need some serious antibiotics to help him heal from the infection. I would apply the Neosporin a few times a day.

Ok, thanks for the advice. I haven't called a vet, because in my country the vets know anything about amphibians, but I will try instead and will use what you say me. Thanks, buddy.

No, problem. And for the vet they would more then likely prescribe baytril ( Enrofloxacin ). So you could bring him in and ask them to just make some up for you according to his weight.
