    Default Springtail culture in Canada?

Hello everyone, I am wondering if anyone from Canada has had any success finding a supplier for Springtail cultures within Canada. The US companies I spoke with will not ship here. I have looked at http://www.junglejewelexotics.com/ but they deal only with tropical springtails and I need local variety (its for research purposes with a university) so if anyone knows who to speak to, please let me know, I would very much appreciate it, thanks!

Hello, the reptile shop here has cultures of springtails, I use to buy them when I had my fire belly toads for there viv. You may be able to give him a call and he may be able to help you out or point you in the direction of a supplier. The place is called The Reptile Wrangler, he has a page on facebook were you get the email address or even send a message through facebook if you prefer to do it that way. Good luck and hope you find what your looking for.

If you need a local variety, why do you intend to get them from a supplier?

hobbyist use tropical springtails that is why you are not going to find temperate.
If you need some cultures there are tons of people in Canada that would sell you at any given time especially if you happen to be around Toronto.
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
