Sorry to hear about your frog, loosing a hand is quite unusual

The first thing you need to do is isolate the frog so you can treat it. Unlike some newts and salamanders, it is unlikely that your frog will regenerate a new limb. You will need to isolate the frog in a sterile environment for treatment. It is most likely a bacterial infection will develop quickly. If you are able to handle the frog safely, you can administer a couple drops of Bactine or other topical medication used to treat minor cuts and bruises to the injured area, allow a couple of minutes to dry and place back into the tank. Or, use tropical fish medication that is free of copper, if possible. Allow the frog to heal, may take several days. Of course, you should always seek help from a veterinarian. Good luck and I wish your frog well

Frogs loose limbs because of attack by a tankmate, getting caught in a tight spot or disease. It would help if you can provide more details.

Can frogs regenerate its hand ?

Maybe some bacteria or fungus disease, it's look like small red bump, after couple of day I see its right hand like numb, and it's severed in some day after
