Sounds like green tree frog, but really the best would be to let it go live where it belongs, in a wild, too many problems with wild caught frogs, too expensive if you really want to keep it ( testing, treating, etc...) and that if to put aside ethical aspect.... Get captive bred instead, for one you will support the hobby and you will have way less problems with your frogs, including veterinary problems.
