Really sorry I couldn't be more help but I thought it give you something whilst you wait. So I take it you've been keeping him at room temp? This would be ideal, then you'd only need a very low wattage daylight bulb and no heat is really necessary at night unless drops below 70f. I would recommend the zoomed bulbs daylight bulbs, I use them and they have a long life. As said mine was pink but not that pink, so not sure. Hopefully someone will come along soon and tell you if they think it is or not but I've had to deal with lots of diseases with frogs but not this, so really not qualified to say
