If it's moving more that's a hopeful sign. I'd also keep watch to make sure the other frog doesn't develop symptoms.

I'm hoping the vet did test for bacteria and that it is a bacterial infection rather than a fungal one. Otherwise you'd be treating the wrong thing. Moving after being treated for calcium deficiency is a good thing though. Calcium deficiency can mess up a frog's muscles and seeing him moving a lot is a sign of improvement in one area at least.
