First I have a giant insect keeper that is a little bigger than a 10 gallon tank. It has coco fiber substrate. And a heat mat with a 10watt light bulb. A water dish and a hide.

Nice giant pixie you got there. Way too early to be certain but first pic looks male to me. Has that pointed beak. Take plenty of pics because they grow up quick

By the way, how do you tell male from female when they are this young? I thought you had to wait till they got older?

You can't tell for sure but you can give an educated guess. With my two babies one is double the size and double in aggression. Baby males usually have a pointy "beak" type of face while females have a small round cute face. No guarantees though because I've seen "beaky" males mature into females and cute round faces turn into monsters. Head size/body ratio as it grows seems the most accurate but not definite way of telling. If you hear a cow moo you got a stud. Good luck
