Your frog is still doesn't look mature yet so my guess could totally be wrong. How did it sound like?

When I first started keeping pyxies I thought my female was croaking but she was actually only rubbing her legs on the enclosure bottom.

It's hard to describe. It's been rare that it's even happened but, i'll try to remember better next time. Kind of like a faint alarm sound if i recall correctly.
