wax worms are fine as a treat, but they're too fatty to be a healthy staple
could you get them a smooth feeding bowl? something crickets and roaches can't climb out of? if you keep it in the same place the frogs should learn where to go to find their meals pretty quickly.
silkworms would also be a good option. they're nutritious, less fatty, fairly slow moving, and they only really eat mulberry leaves so if some get into the greenhouse they won't do much damage. they're a little time consuming to raise though, and more expensive than a lot of other feeders. i've had great luck with them myself though![]()
