Hi everyone. My name is Trevor. New to the forum but I have experience with some amphibians. Just started taking a more serious approach to the amphibian aspect of the hobby. Currently own red spotted toads, a cane toad, couch's spade foot toads, western green toads and this new little guy I saw in bad condition at a certain pet store.
This is Beefcake my regular green Cranwelli Horned frog. He has a bumb leg. Not sure if it's a break or not but he can't stretch it out. He has been eating and I see him in his water dish often so it must not slow him down too much.
Excuse the moss, just the container I transported him in. Right now he is in a mix of coco fiber, organic black earth, leaf litter/mould. Just waiting for the spring tails, wood louse and meal worm beetles to start moving before I introduce him to his set up. My aim is to try a breeding project down the line with pedostibes hosii and cranwelli/Ornata horned frogs to start.
Thanks for looking.
