    It really depends on the rack. Provided there is good ventilation, proper temperature and substrate, then I'll say yes.

    Thank you. I've herd about people having success keeping pacmans in racks, but I can't find any info about doing it with pyxies.

    John is really the expert here, but I throw my 2 cents in.

    A rack system should work with under tub heat strips and some ventilation. My concern would come with a normal light cycle? Usually the rack system makes the tubs very dark 24/7.

    Just a thought.

    I currently have a rack that I'm considering putting a pyxie in if I get one. My room stays pretty warm, so I don't plan using a heating system.

    Well its hot now since is the summer season, but when winter comes it is going to be cold in my room. So if i used light to control there heat woudl that be fine? What type of lightbulb should i use?
