I received an order of 20 Cranwelli's and Ornata's last Wednesday. Two frogs were DOA, a third died yesterday. All set up's are the same: coco coir, water dish, heat at 80 - 82. The water's been treated with Prime, same with the water to hydrate the coco coir. Prior to my receiving them, they were being fed ZooMed Pacman Food, apparently all eating well. I've gotten a lot to take european nightcrawlers or calcium dusted crickets and the fussy ones on ZooMed Pacman food. A handful of them have been doing great from the start, attempting to take my finger off when feeding them. Some look rather bloated, lethargic, so they received warm baths. Anything else I can do aside from leave them alone now?

There's not much else I can think of what you can do, other than what you've done but I'd maybe consider finding another supplier in future and try get some of your money back, as I'm surprised you're having problems with one of the hardiest frogs in the trade.
