I have been keeping ACFs for over 30 years and never seen anything like it. My first impression is that it maybe a parasite. I suggest taking to the vet for a checkup. Your frog has lived a long and healthy life. My male passed away at 23 years and it was very upsetting. I know what you are going through, it's just like a family member.
