Coco husk?

Is that a good substrate for pacman frogs? I use to have plantaion soil but the store didn't have it right now. I have already clean his tank and put it in because i was told that it was okej. But then i thougt it maybe isn't right.

Definitely wouldn't use that for long term. I tried it once (not for horned frogs) and I found it really irratating so I'd imagine it must be quite annoying for frogs but my main concern might be that it could cause impaction if swallowed, so take care when feeding the frog

I have used coconut fiber (eco earth) since I bought FROG in December of 2013. If he swallows it he has always passed it with no problem.

Coco fiber and coco husk are different, coco husk is more like bark, where is coir is like soil and easily passed

Today I have changed it too plantaion soil. And now in the evning we heard Hjalmar making noises. Three times he sounded like a duck. To be honedtly I thought it sounded hilarious.
