There are plenty, actually. Most of the gesneriad family will flower in a viv. Sinningia, primulina, African violets,aesachanthus (sp?) will all flower in a viv, given the right conditions. Even the common hypostes will flower in a viv if given the right conditions. Some aquatics/ marginals will also throw their versions of a flower. Aroids like piptospatha and schismatoglottis will throw an inflorescence and cryptocoryne species will throw their flower (spathe) quite often when grown either semi-emersed or in a spot where the roots keep wet.

There are lots of choices, it's just a matter of personal preference.
