So, we got him this infrared purple, not very bright night light today. He came out of his hole finnaly in about a week or two, and went over to the glass, near the leaves and started moving about, staring out of the glass, and trying to jump through it from time to time. He climbs on the lower leaves (idk if hes trying to go into the leaves or not?)I've even moved him into his coconut, but he jumps right out and gets back to it again. I have also covered the side, and there was no improvement. It's not too hot or too cold, I have no idea what to do, and I'm afraid he might hurt himself.

Try no light at night, use a ceramic or heat mat. 'Night lights' have really annoyed my frogs and so I don't use them
I agree. My first thought was that he's seeing glimpses of his own reflection that he either thinks is another frog or a prey item.
Nevermind. He was seeing reflections of my computer screen inside his enclosure lol
