Pacman Cyst

My pacman frog had suddenly grown a cyst on his face a couple months ago and although I and a very knowledgeable reptile store popped it it hasn't gone away and now I can't get any pus. It's just like a small hard lump on his face. He still eats and is gaining weight and doesn't mind it touched I'm just befuddled. It's a little gray colored skin and very lumpy looking?? I will post pictures tomorrow

Mine has the same thing. I ended up taking him to the vet and they gave me baytril to put on top of it.
