Hello, I live in central/northern Florida and just found this toad outside. I have dogs and am worried it might be a dangerous type. If anyone can tell me what type it is or if it is toxic to dogs it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

most toads will make your dog quite ill if licked or eaten. I wonder if cane toads are in your area, look up pics of them and become familiar with what they look like. They usually look a lot different from normal toads. If you find one in your backyard remove it and take it to a suitable place for it. Wear gloves when doing this but I have one as a pet so they're not really that bad.
