There's a paper on the web regarding a study on adult American toads and how much they can eat, I believe it was 10,000 insects within a 3 month period. If that's correct; that's 100+ insects every day. There's a pet store near me that's charging $1 for 10 crickets, that would come to $930 to feed one toad for 3 months or $3720 annually if he ate like that for the entire year.![]()
