Did she have bloat at one time that cured on its own?

Maybe its just like people. Wrinkled cause there old 😀
I haven't seen anything like that!
She is really old! 15 to 20 years is the normal life span in captivity. You must be doing an excellent job keeping her.
Is she eating and acting normally?
To be honest, you may want to take her to a herp vet.

Any news on her condition?

I have been keeping ACFs for over 30 years and never seen anything like it. My first impression is that it maybe a parasite. I suggest taking to the vet for a checkup. Your frog has lived a long and healthy life. My male passed away at 23 years and it was very upsetting. I know what you are going through, it's just like a family member. I wish you and your frog the best.
