By dart frog tank I mean you actually get tanks designed for darts, so they hold humidity well and prevent fruit fly escapes, they're quite cheap as well but you'll still have to do the planting yourself unless you can find a place that will do it for you as well.
Nova Scotia I can't even find a place or person selling dart frogs, and without a car I can't get out west. However my friends and I are planning a road trip to Quebec, so its possible to look into a viv at that time. I'll wait and see and maybe get a small one. Doesn't seem to be a strong interest in frogs where I live, so I haven't even seen a viv to buy anywhere. Just in pictures and some setups similar to it for Firebellies.
