Sick Southern Toad???

My little brother brought me a female toad for christmas that he caught in the wild. I was going to just let her loose but then I realized her tummy feels all full of air. Is she ok? And btw I am NOT a frog/toad person. I know very little about them.

What does that mean? She could possibly just be gravid (The reptile/amphibian term for pregnant) or bloated. Can you upload pictures of it? Also, you will have to upload the pictures to photobucket or imgur because frog forum was hacked, and doesn't work as good as it used to
