    Be careful if they're meant as feeders. There's a similar field cricket species being sold as Gryllus assimilis, called "super crickets" that's extremely aggressive and known to eat geckos alive. If the nymphs are black, it's not G. assimilis. G. assimilis has pale straw colored nymphs that look more like house crickets.
