Looks abit too small, I'm afraid. I would put him in atleast a 15 gallon, toads are quite active. Apart from that the set up is nice but you'll need to get a bigger tank ASAP.

Also, I'd leave that tank as it is, so if you need a quarantine tank for any reason, you have one already on hand
