pacman help: Not Eating, Always Hiding, sick?

I'm at wits end with my pacman. He's always brumating(?), I think? He's always burrowed down and covered in slime. He's been like this for at least 4 months. I have another smaller pacman in the same type of setup, he appears to be fine. I'll fill out the form for best info:

1. Size of enclosure
10 g, glass with top 3/4 covered with plastic.
2. # of inhabitants - specifically other frogs and size differences
just one albino pacman of unknown sex
3. Humidity
80-90
4. Temperature

5. Water - type - for both misting and soaking dish
Tap treated with reptisafe
6. Materials used for substrate
Spagnum moss and coconut fiber
7. Enclosure set up i.e. plants (live or artificial), wood, bark and other materials.
one fake plastic fish tank tree for cover. Looks like abonsai tree
- How were things prepared prior to being put into the viv.

large crickets

every other day (when actually eats...he goes weeks without eating)

as I said before, he's in a skin sac hiding and not eating for months on end. :c

The skin sac you're describing sounds like brumation... But all your husbandry is pretty spot-on so I don't know why he'd be doing it. The good news is it does sound like brumation rather than an illness so you don't have to immediately worry.
How long have you had this frog, and has it always done this?

Someone more experienced in breeding may be able to recommend a way to bring him out by simulating the beginning of the breeding season, but since your temps/humidity are already where they should be I can't think of any other way to bring him out.

Your humidity is a little high, but that shouldn't cause brumation. Only being a year old and constantly attempting to go into dormancy is a little odd. Does the frog have a water dish? If not place a shallow water dish in the enclosure.

Many rarely will, but if you bathe the frog in its enclosure where it feels more secure it may help.

Because I suspect he's blind, I've added an LED light to his tank during the day. I hope this stimulates his day/night cycle so he doesn't try to brumate so often.

What is his condition? What does he look like? Is he really skinny? You might need to copy and paste a picture you posted on another website

Was the pinky live or frozen/thawed?
Some frogs are very picky about eating food that isn't moving on its own.

also I know that this might be a long shot since you have moss in the enclosure.
The next time you dig it up , feel its sides for a semi soft or hard lump.
If you feel a large lump, it needs to have a good BM.

I would do a warm water soak with plain honey.
What works the best for me is a plastic bin that has sides no shorter than 4in.
A large dark colored towel.
Another small plastic bin with just plain warm water to rinse off the honey.
And some kind a thermometer to make sure the water is not above 82F MAX.

The water level shouldn't be too deep that your frog has to swim to keep its nose above the water.
The top of the water level should just touch its chin.

You only need a few good large drops of honey in the water.

once you mixed it completely , put th frog in and cover with the towel to keep it calm and a bit of privacy.
45min should be long enough.

In all actuality I would do the soak even if it doesn't have a lump just to help hydrate and give it some carbs to maybe
increase its appetite.

Starting to look a little thin... I agree, check the frog's right side for a lump. If you can feel one, do a honey bath. You may need to gently massage the lump if nothing's happening.

I did the honey bath and changed his tank. Currently it's bare-bones moist paper towel, a water dish, and a hide. He's not slimy like before, but still not eating. Tried crickets, a nightcrawler, and a pinkie. D:

Hello, im thinking you may want to bring this guy to a vet. If all your husbandry is spot on and nothing has changed for example the amount of day light and night he gets something else has to be up. I would give his normal enclosure a good cleaning and put him back in there until you figure out what is wrong. The bare tank is a good idea but he has no other cage mates to spread anything to if he does have something so you could put him back in there for the time being. I would put just enough eco earth that he can burrow down abit but you can still see him. The reason im saying this is because they burrow to cool down and get out of the direct sunlight, but they also do this to feel secure and safe. If I start fiddeling in my pacmans enclosure he will totally bury himself or if hes in a bad mood he will try to attack me. If he isn't able to bury he will become stressed and that will lower his immune system and could just make what ever is going on a lot worse. Again I think its time to bring him to a vet and if he hasn't eaten in like 2 weeks you may want to try and force feed because he is looking thin.
