There are a few things it could be but the most likely is an internal parasite (most likely a variety of worm). Keep an eye on it and see if the problem is recurring, but you may just want to worm them for the sake of it just in case. In the case that you quarantine correctly, chances are they came from their feeders or (unlikely) picked it up from a new plant.
Otherwise it could be another internal infection. If you've noticed a change in personality, weight, activity you may decide to bag it, tag it and take it to your local vet for a culture![]()
