There are a few things it could be but the most likely is an internal parasite (most likely a variety of worm). Keep an eye on it and see if the problem is recurring, but you may just want to worm them for the sake of it just in case. In the case that you quarantine correctly, chances are they came from their feeders or (unlikely) picked it up from a new plant.

Otherwise it could be another internal infection. If you've noticed a change in personality, weight, activity you may decide to bag it, tag it and take it to your local vet for a culture

From my experience the only way to get an educated guess is to post a picture. Even then, it's impossible to guarantee a thing. If it's obviously not a shed, you should be taking him to a vet with the object in a new plastic baggie.

Jelly? :/ That's the problem I had with Honey-Lime and Shirley when I first got them, turned out the blobs of gelatinous mucousy stuff was from coccidiosis. Could be possible for them to contract this from infected crickets. The only way to be 100% sure what you are dealing with is to do a fresh fecal test, especially if you're certain it is not just shed skin.
