Hello everyone,
Its been just over 4 months and everything and everyone seems to be doing great. My fantastic froggy friends are now between 6 and 7 months old. I am going on vacation for Thanksgiving. I leave the Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving and return the following Tuesday late evening. I have left the frogs alone for 3 days without issue, but this will be about 5 or so days without me. I have no issues with the environmental conditions but I am worried about feeding. They are currently being bed 3 to 4 times a week with FF. The plan at the moment is to add a LOT FF and adding a LOT of isopods and springtails into the tank the morning I leave and then feed them again when I get home Tuesday night. The question is whether I should have someone feed them Friday/Saturday while I am gone? Thoughts?
John
I don't know what I don't know and can't fix something unless I know its broken.
Usually its best to get a friend to look after them if you are gone for a longer period of time.
However if you cant do that (like me) you can take a FF culture that has finished producing
and punch a small hole in the side for flies to come out.
