Default What's been killing my frogs?!

I've had a few FBTs die a year ago in a tank, two survived. I removed them from that tank and used vineger to clean in. I put my axolotl in their for a couple weeks while I was resetting his tank up. Two or three weeks ago I put my surviving two FBTs in it. Today, I found one dead and one died in my hand. Both having the same symptoms as the previous frogs. I'd like a proper diagnosis, but I'm assuming it's chytrid. I'll put some links below.

    The already deceased frog:

What kind of filtration? Seen a few issues like this around the web. The most common prognosis was, bacteria stashed in the corners of the tank in/under the silicone. Id scrap the tank, or fully submerge the tank in diluted bleach water for a few hours, scrape it, and re-seal it. Maybe soak it again once the silicone cures to be sure.

With 10 of our own in the same tank. We change water 2x weekly and the filter once a week. Bad water will kill every time.

Seems like heath issues in amphibians are on a sharp rise as of late....

I didn't have any filtration, but doubt that was the reason because I've kept the water change intervals (twice weekly) the same for three years. My axolotl was also on the same pattern of intervals. I've soaked it over night in a 50% vinegar solution, and ditched the tank with everything in it. Also, last feeding (3 days prior) there was no sign of any sickness.

Dechlorinated tap water. Same as with all my pets.

My last guy couldn't correct himself unless he was moved quite a lot, and he was turning brown. Other than that, nothing.

More than likely. I never asked the old owner and the pet store. I doubt it's a pathogen (from being WC) because I've had these guys for about two or three years. I'm not saying it's impossible of course, just unlikely.

Having them for that long probably rules out any parasites. Did you introduce any new ones at some point?
