Default Mounting wood to the Vivarium glass

I'm in the process of planning the setup of a vivarium and i cant seem to find any information on mounting wood/branches to the glass of a vivarium. what tools i would need, what adhesive works best, what type of wood is light enough and durable enough, etc.

I came across the below vivarium and i would like to know the magic behind how the branches are held up. thanks!

The wood in that tank is not attached to the glass. Rather, it had been secured in spray foam as it cured. The spray foam was then covered with materials such as silicone and cocofiber. Once the tank is planted and grown in, you don't see the background.

thanks Bill! that explains why i couldnt find any information on mounting wood to glass. i had no idea foam was strong enough to hold a tree limb. i've seen videos of people creating a background with foam and cork but i haven't seen any videos of people using anything other then cork to make a background.

Older tank. Stone Veneer 29g. Weighed a ton. Should have used lightweight airstone, but we already had the read stuff.
