I'd put a smaller container of water under them to catch the tadpoles as they drop, they can then be poured into your tadpole rearing tank. They'll all drop within a day in a week's time. Keep an eye out that the whole clutch doesn't slip from the glass, they are not likely to survive if they fall into water too soon. Keep the humidity high and the temperature around 26C and you should be fine. You can mist the spawn directly (gently) if you need to with treated tap or clean rain water.
