Dusting/feeding requirements pacman frog

I have never dusted the crickets with vitamins. where do I start?

http://www.frogforum.net/showthread.php?t=26121 Here is a thread with a very good vitamin schedule. this is what I followed as a guideline and my pacman frogs are very healthy and their growth rate has been amazing. And if you can get your hands on some Canadian Nightcrawlers they are away better feeder for a staple diet. Im pretty sure a lot people in the U.S get them at walmart.
