Hi im new?

umm,hi im kara and im new and i have 2 great basin spadefoot toads and raised them from tadpoles and i love them very much and find them very facinating creature ,ive never really been interested in frogs before this,but now im like a total frog nerd and really want to learn more about amphibeans, and more how to better raise my toads so they are as happy as can be.

Welcome to the forum lass. Hope your stay here is as happy, meaningful and fruitful as a day in the library! Iam sure you will be greeted later on since most people are probably asleep. Infact Iam heading to bed after Iam done posting this. But anywho welcome, nice to know you like toads. I myself am a toad afficionado. Though Iam more interested in the more common species like the north american toad aka bufo americanus. Post some pictures sometime of your pets? Any questions and concerns we will be happy to guide you.

Welcome to the forum Kara . Spadefoots are among the most interesting frogs, in my opinion. They always look pop-eyed .
