I do not see any big errors in your care. Do you have a picture? Sometimes that is truly worth a thousand words.

Oh, poor baby is not looking good at all. I would get him into a hospital tank and out of that substrate. Maybe give him a shallow bath in dechlorinated water to rinse some of it off and be able to do a more detailed inspection of him. Is he bloated at all? Is there any chance he ingested some of that bark?

Did he burrow himself in the substrate at all? What are you using to measure humidity? Full screen top? Your temp range is pretty big, but I don't think that would be the cause of his illness. I keep mine between 75 and 80...lower end at night, higher end during the day.

I use the exo terra combo digital thermometer/hydrometer full screen it's an exo terra 18x18x18. I just checked him he's still on the ground near water bowl. His stomach looks a little flat if that makes any sense. He has one eye open and one closed! I feel so bad he was fine last night I don't know what's wrong!

I agree that your care all seems fine, there is nothing obvious wrong with his care. But I would definitely suggest putting him into a hospital tank as LilyPad said and then you can make sure he is as clean as possible. I hope your RETF gets better soon, frogs are such delicate things sometimes

He's not even opening his eyes! Very very lethargic! Not sure he'll make it through the night, very upset!

Is the poor fella able to move about at all? Like his head is conatantly cocked down and dragging? Better yet... has it had any kind of seizure like behavior?

He moves a little but stays on the ground, no seizure behavior, able to keep his head up. He does a lot of this yawning type thing and it's not him shedding I know what that looks like so I'm confused!

Have you moved him to a hospital tank? It can be as simple as a large kritter keeper with damn, unprinted, paper towel, a water dish, and a branch in case he were to choose to utilize it. Getting him cleaned off and in a spot better able to observe him would be a great idea.
