I can assure you that in this you are ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT. Jungle Dawns are an excellent full spectrum light source that is used in conjunction with UVB. On Arcadia's website, they have a number of well researched and described recommendations for lighting for a good number of species, all including UVB:

I'm trying to explain the subject matter in as simple terms as possible but I'm concerned that you don't seem to be able to grasp the information.
