It's called E.M. Erythromycin but just checked on the poor guy and he's lost a lot of weight and he's very disoriented!

Are they little packets that you mix into water? I was going to suggest to maybe try this exact thing that's why I asked, I thought he was going to tell you to try melafix. I have never personally had to use it but it was suggested to me once from a pretty reputable breeder for a bacterial infection, the reason I didn't use it is because I just ended up bringing my frog to the vet because there was one available. He told me though that he has had success in treating bacteria infections with it but he also said they were mild or right at the beginning. This is why he suggested it to me is because I had caught it in the early stages but again I chose to go the vet route. Your guy doesn't to look to good though and I really hate to say it but if it is a bacterial infection that it may be to late to treat with Erythromycin.

Yea they are the little packets. I agree he doesn't look good at all he's lost so much weight and he just keeps opening his mouth that's why I think it might be something internal? Not sure though

It still could be a bacterial infection as suggested earlier in the thread, but unfortunately we cant do the things over the internet that vet would be able to do to determine if that is what it is 100% or if it is something else. It may be in the advanced stages were something like the erythromycin just wont cut it and he needs antibiotics. Im so sorry this happening and I don't really know what to suggest if there is no vet available because I haven't had to many things go wrong with my guys so I still myself have a lot to learn in that field of frogging. Again so sorry and I hope he can end up pulling through for you.
