@Kurt: Thats an adorable baby. First baby I dont seem to hate to look at. xD Iam a sucker for red eyes.
@Shawtie: Chill out sis/bro. Your frog is perfectly fine. You just acquired it a day ago. Course itll hide. I keep hearing around here albino clawed frogs. Just to let you know there ISNT any albino DWARF frogs. If you have an albino aquatic frogs its def. a african clawed frog. Also for the most part african claweds and african dwarf frogs generally are like that. They WILL float around unless disturbed. Some are just active More than others but ALL WILL float around for ATLEAST 2-3 hours a day. Ived seen 100s of african claweds and dwarfs in my old work place. For the most part they are laid back. Some more active than others. I think its just going to need to get used to. If it doesnt feed the first week dont get frantic. My first frog(clawed) didnt feed for a whole week when I FIRST got him. But after a week the little rascal ate anything you put in there. The lil effer ate a xenopus tadpole too that was given to me. At the time I didnt know it was a nono. xD But yeah. Just chill out. As long as it doesnt look sick then you are fine.

You should also DEFENITELY add floating plants. Even if fakes. Trust me on this. Itll be easier on your frog. Fake lilly pads seem to work. They also look nice. From time to time my frog would get on the lilly pad to rest for a few hours every ONCE in a while then go back in the water. I did give it a dock too. So the underwater part he could cling on to and sleep. As long as you give it hiding places and make sure he wont get stuck under them. Like "castles" and "caves" you are fine. DO NOT use hollow ornaments that the frog will get trapped inside. Ived seen alot of frogs die that way. Just use either drift wood or fake plants. Keep the tank in low light, and you should be fine. I say low light because its eyes are facing upward. Itll be staring at that light. its why I said provide floating plants. Its like looking directly into a dentists annoying light. Good luck if you need any help just ask. Also note:
AVOID blood worms and meal worms/super worms! At ANY cost.
