The infraction was given for what appeared to be profanity. It was removed when you let us know what the word was. I am unsure why you expect the mods to pm you before giving an infraction when you have no problem posting a thread for all to see. As soon as I saw your post saying what the word actually was, (while having limited access to the forum,) I asked another mod to take care of it. I would have apologized when I had an opportunity to get on the forum, but I do not feel I owe you one, at this point, with the insults you have sent my way, through this thread and via pm. Your mythical attorney should not be advising you that you have a case, as you agreed to a terms of service when signing up for this site. I work for 8 attorneys in various fields of law, I know how this works If you do not follow the rules, you get an infraction, your infraction was removed, move on.

Deniserothfus, your posts regarding the uv were very rude, and therefore the responses were edgy. I apologize for not taking the high road and moving on, but I do not like false information spread on the forum.

This thread has no place to go but downhill. If you still want to discuss the topic with me or one of the other mods, you may pm us.
