I have had 2 of my oldest red eyes die this year within 2 months of each other. I bought them both together in January 2010. They were full grown adults when i got them and lived with me for 5 and a half years, so they would be at least 6 years old if not older. Just wondering what's the oldest anyone has ever had or heard about and how old everyone elses are?
I bought two at a reptile expo as fresh morphs, and the first died about 3 weeks later, so he lived probably a month, and the second one lived for a good 3-4 years, and then passed recently, reasons uknown

He's asking about red eyes, whites live much much longer.
Andaroo, I have read about some people having their red eyes live up to 10 years, but it appears 4-6 years seems to be the average when given proper care. Kind of sadI'd love my babies to have a much longer life than that.
