Hello, and welcome to the forum. To be honest I don't think its either, it looks like a Cranwelli to me. Im almost 100% sure, looks exactly like the Cranwelli they have here at petsmart were I live. Doesn't look like an ornate, almost all I see have the false spots. Not saying you couldn't get one without, im pretty sure you may be able but it is one of the most common traits. And if you got a Catinga from petco you lucked out big time, but I don't think it is. I think you got yourself a nice looking Cranwelli.
