Marco, my old male red eyed tree frog, has passed away today. He and his younger brother Polo, we're my first reptile expo pick ups. (Repticon July 2012) Polo didn't take off, and died a week later. Marco survived the juvenile stage, and grew into an adult male, was housed with green anoles for a short time when I did not know better, and I was a few days ago considering getting him a mate, due to finding out that they live in groups in the wild. Hopefully he will be happy with Polo in the giant terrarium in the sky![]()

Sorry about that. But at least you got him to survive for a little while.
Thanks. But he wasn't sick or anything, but I do have two ideas of how he died. First, that day was cooler that it was the past week, and we assumed that it would be another 90-95 degree day again, and we left the AC on full blast that day, and he may have gotten too cold, but the temperature was still fine for him, which leads me to the next idea, possibly he was just stressed by not having other members of his species, but I think he would still be fine anyways though...
stress can kill them. I am sorry.

So so sorry for your loss. My 2 frogs have been separated for 7 days today because mrs Bighead just had rocks removed and Mr. Bighead has been acting alot different he's all over the place and he's normally very chill. Your theory may be correct.
