Can't log in using computee

Ok, I am using the forum through tapatalk on my phone and everything seems fine but I tried logging in using my com and it keeps showing wrong password so I tried the reset password thingy but no email has been sent to my email for resetting my password.. can someone help me with this issue?? Thanks!
