Question Need help determing what type of frog...

Hello all. At long last our Christmas tadpoles have turned into frogs, well almost, just a nub of tail is left. I was wondering if anyone knows what type of frog this is so I can convert the tadpole tank into the proper terrarium and feed our guys the right foods. As tadpoles they were about as thick as a quarter and about 3 inches long, now as frogs they are about a nickle and 1.5"/2" long. Thanks!

Hops (sorry it's a bit blurry, he hides underwater a lot)

Barley (when he was still part tadpole)

I can't really see the adult version, but the tadpole looks like it could be an American Bullfrog. Hopefully another member can confirm or deny. Best of luck!

P.S. You do have a way for him to get out of the water, right?

I have rocks he can climb on and some lilly pads. They spend most of their time underwater ignoring my dry zones. Do these help?

    Hops:

ok great, do they make good terrarium frogs? A quick reading of that frog seems that it can grow pretty big. Any links to good info on the frogs is appreciated. Off to read more about them. Thanks again!

It was a good ID Jo

@ Ogrelion, they are a mostly aquatic frog but like to sit in the shallow water at the edge of land. I would provide a large water area with plants and logs and maybe 1/3 land area with a gentle slope for him to sit on in the water. When it gets older the males have a large tympanum and the females have a tympanum no bigger than their eye.
